Method: Soak 24 hours in clean water at room temperature. Rinse, drain and put in dark warm cupboard for 2 days, rinsing and draining twice per day, then eat when there are small sprouts. Highly nutritious, packed with vitamins.
Yakso organic egg noodles, 250g
Ingredients: wheatflour*, egg* (5%), salt, acidity reulator: potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate.
Ingredients: Green pea flour. High in protein and fibre. Free from gluten and egg. Delicious served hot with a sauce or as a salad.
High quality durum wheat is processed within 24 hours. Drying takes place in the traditional way at low temperature between 50 and 65 degrees, to preserve aroma and nutrients.
